ARTWORK & DESIGN

Whether you already have finished print-ready artwork or need us to create a mat design around your existing logo, we’re here to help.

When ordering your custom breaker mat, choose the artwork option that best matches what you currently have.

1. I HAVE PRINT-READY ARTWORK

Choose this option if your complete mat design is already prepared and correctly sized for your chosen product.

Your artwork should be:

• Supplied at the full artwork size, including bleed

• High resolution—ideally 300 DPI at the finished size

• Supplied as a PDF, PNG, JPG, PSD, AI, EPS or SVG file

• Created using CMYK colour mode where possible

• Free from crop marks, guides and template lines

• Checked carefully for spelling, positioning and image quality

Please keep important logos, wording and design elements away from the outer edges. Background colours and images must extend fully into the bleed area.

2. DESIGN MY MAT USING MY EXISTING LOGO

Choose this option if you already have a logo but need us to create the overall mat design around it.

Please supply your logo in the highest-quality format available. Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are preferred. A large, high-resolution PNG with a transparent background may also be suitable.

Please also provide:

• Your preferred colours

• Background ideas or patterns

• Examples of styles you like

• Social media or website details

• Any wording you would like included

• Instructions about the placement of important elements

We’ll use this information to create a professional mat layout based around your existing branding. A digital proof will be supplied for approval before production begins.

NEED A NEW LOGO?

Our Custom Logo Design service is available separately for breakers, card businesses, streamers and online brands that don’t yet have a suitable logo.

We’ll develop three original creative directions and refine your chosen design with unlimited revisions within the agreed brief. AI-assisted tools may be used during early concept exploration, but the finished artwork is professionally recreated and completed in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop.

Once your new logo is complete, you’ll receive:

• Your finished logo files for print and digital use

• Commercial usage rights

• 15% off your first custom breaker mat order

You can then order your mat and select Design My Mat Using My Existing Logo, uploading the newly completed logo for us to work with.

Please note that the logo-design purchase and custom breaker mat purchase are separate orders. A physical mat is not included with the Logo Design service.

ARTWORK SIZES

Artwork must be created using the full dimensions below. These measurements include the required 20 mm bleed on every side.

• 900 × 400 mm mat: 940 × 440 mm artwork

• 600 × 300 mm mat: 640 × 340 mm artwork

• 450 × 400 mm mat: 490 × 440 mm artwork

• 480 × 380 mm mat: 520 × 420 mm artwork

• 380 × 480 mm mat: 420 × 520 mm artwork

Keep all important wording, logos and design elements at least approximately 20 mm inside the finished edge. Background colours and images must extend through the entire bleed area.

SENDING YOUR FILES

You can upload your artwork or logo directly from the relevant product page when placing your order.

Alternatively, once your order has been placed, you can email your files to:

Please include your order number in the email subject line so we can match the artwork to the correct order.

If your files are too large to email, you can send us a download link using a trusted file-transfer service.

ARTWORK CHECKS & APPROVAL

We’ll check your submitted files before production. If we notice a problem with the dimensions, resolution, image quality or layout, we’ll contact you before printing.

If we’re creating or adjusting your mat design, we’ll send you a digital proof for approval. Production will only begin once the proof has been approved.

Please check all names, wording, colours and positioning carefully. Once a design has been approved and production has started, further changes may not be possible.
